Request Award Tickets
Please submit all necessary data (name of a person, travel dates (and an alternate one), class of travel, route and membership number) to the Panorama Club office using the Award Ticket Booking Form or a Representative office – either via e-mail or over the telephone. Please be sure that you order an award at least 5 working days before the date of travel otherwise you will be subject to Administrative Fees.
Request Upgrade
Book and pay for your Economy Class flight first. After your ticket has been issued, please contact the Panorama Club office using the Upgrade Booking Form or any UIA representative office to request for Upgrade.Booking classes O, R, T, G are not eligible for upgrade
ATTENTION! Please be sure that you order an UPGRADE at least 5 working days before the date of travel.
Award and Upgrade ticket Conditions
General
- As soon as an award ticket is booked, the corresponding miles will be deducted from your account
- Awards are not valid on charter flights and code-share flights
- Stopover: if you wish to interrupt your journey, one stopover is permitted on either the outbound or the inbound flight.
- Stopovers are not allowed on a one-way trip
- If you are less than 24 hours at a transit point it is not considered as a stopover
- Open jaw: point of destination can be different from the point of departure; open jaw is allowed in the same award zone
Award Tickets
- One-way award tickets are available at 75% of round-trip mileage price
- Child tickets (for children aged between 2 and 11) can be obtained at 50% of the adult mileage price
- Award tickets are transferable to any person of your choice
- Award tickets are valid for one year after date of issue
- Applicable airport taxes are paid by passengers
- Award tickets cannot be combined with Upgrades
- Round-trip award ticket: maximum of 6 flight segments
- One-way award ticket: maximum of 3 flight segments
Upgrades
If you book a paid ticket on which you can earn miles, you can fly Business Class instead of Economy Class – with an award upgrade:
- Available on Ukraine International flights only
- Cannot be combined with other awards
- The same number of miles is required for adults and children
- Conditions of original ticket in Economy Class apply
- You will receive Club miles for your paid ticket in Economy Class
