Check-in

If you have an e-ticket you should proceed directly to the check-in desk and present your confirmation / booking reference together with your passport.

The standard opening of airport check-in desks is two hours prior to scheduled departure. Early check-in is highly recommended. Check-in closes strictly 40 minutes before the scheduled time of departure. Your reservation may be cancelled if you fail to check in on time and you may have to buy a new ticket and pay for hotel accommodation if there is no alternative same day connection.

Make sure that you allow enough time to complete the necessary security checks at the airport, and get to your gate on time.

Lounges

Business Class passengers and qualified Panorama Club members are entitled to the Business Lounge at each airport. Enjoy a drink from the lounge, catch-up on the news or simply relax away from the crowded terminal.
